Reason for rejection: presence of signs of discrimination

In accordance with the Equal Treatment Act, okidoki rejects advertisements containing signs of discrimination.

Types of discrimination with examples:

1. The advert states gender.

Examples:

  • “women/men/boys/girls required”, “women/men/young people/girls recruited”
  • “work for men”, “men’s work”
  • “we are looking for f”, “requiring m”

Attention!
If the proposed job involves a lot of physical activity, write about it.

2. Nationality, native language, race.

Examples:

  • "Europeans/blacks/Slavs required"
  • "Ukrainian workers are needed"
  • "native Estonian language"

3. Views and beliefs.

Examples:

  • "work for the Orthodox"
  • "Muslims wanted"

4. Other signs not related to the business qualities of employees.

For example, “no disability”, “heterosexual”, “LGBT+ people”, etc.

Ads that contain signs of discrimination are rejected. If this is the case, you will need to fix it in order for your ad to run again.
